A contest just for fun, the only prize having the glory of winning. :LOL_Hair: This is a contest for you to post your most worn lincoln cent that you have. Think "this was the last coin produced by the dies before they broke". Extreme die deterioration, massive and numerous die chips and cracks, you name it. Post it all here, and see who has the most worn cent of them all!

No kidding, I have found similar too.... I tought us maybe some type of acid drops, or elctric current that passed trough? Maybe a guy was about play a coin toss out in the rain at the edge of a football field while the cent acted as a thunder attracting metal and the guy got fried right there and the only surviving thing was this poor little Lincoln cent..... or maybe my Hydrocodone pain meds I took 30 minutes ago :occasion16:just kicked in... dope!!!!!

I should put it on ebay starting at .99 and put 'The Most worn down Lincoln you will ever see' - I'll bet it is a 09S VDB!
