At approximately 12 noon today the data center experienced a major melt down and the following message was sent to me from them:
At this time we are aware of a network outage in our P1 Datacenter and are working with our technicians to resolve this as quickly as possible, we do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to correct the problem.
I checked back with them regularly throughout the day and we are finally back up at approximately 9:20 pm est. Todays issue had nothing to do with the site or server we are on but rather with the company that we purchase these services from. I am exploring other hosting companies as back ups but this issue was out of our control. I'm sure I got more grey hair from this experience and their response time today.
