PMD of Straight Clip?

I found this in grandma's collection. It was labeled clip, but it looks like post mint damage to me. Looks like garage garbage.

You might want Mike Diamond to look at this one. You have the features on the Obverse of the tapering of the rim into the clip and also a slight Blakesley effect on the reverse across from the clip. Both are indicators of a clipped planchet, however the roughness of the edge of the clip on the reverse says otherwise.

Sorry about that, I just had a feeling by the reverse of the coin.
