I don't think it can be improved. But beings its a RPM, I wouldn't touch it. Find a common coin with the same thing on it and experiment on it first.

I think Verdicare and/or goo be gone would help some.
I see that it is a RPM. Thus the advice not to tamper with it. Many times people try to adjust a coin and if they don't know what they are doing, ruin a collectable. So best to leave it alone in my opinion.
To me it looks like part of a finger print. That doesn't remove.
Can't see it from that photo, but I am using a cellphone.
Or maybe I've "lost the edge."
Jim, The coin is nice. What I would do is use a toothpic to dab the verdicare on the heavy spot. if it is just a fingerprint that doesn't have any green then leave it alone. The color will turn a bit lighter than the original color so be sparing when you dab. then blot with a ear swab. Eric
