Sorry, I just noticed your comment about the crack. That's a good one!!
A die chip in the 5... Fairly normal on the 50s coins for some reason... Not sure that is all crack??? Can you get a closer pic of the area??? To me it looks like a gouge due to PSD except just west of the VDB which does look like a crack!!!
