    Re punched devices on token dies

    Here are two token dies where the central devices, 50 and 25 cents, show repunching. This would be a type of die doubling, just not hub doubling. More in line with old repunched dates or repunched mintmarks. The 5 punch is identical on both dies, but the offset repunching occurs in different directions. I included an impression of the dies in clay below each die. The 50 cent example is stronger.
