    Another one to critique

My second shoot with my new set up. I did resize the obverse shot before cropping, so that's my first mistake

The colors are just...wow. Tru-View who?!

Never seen a SLQ from a priv. collection with that much detail either, let alone a `17-D!

What sort of image editing software do you use?

Frank, I use paint.net. but the only editing I did was reducing the size. And I agree, to me this coin is pretty exceptional and I believe it's worth slabbing...I've had opinions both ways.....but I think it's worth a shot....my hope is FH and Unc details because of the toning...I've had people mention wear, but I don't see it with a loupe...I believe the light spots were cause by whatever it was housed in preventing some toning. Best $3.00 I ever spent

There it is!! Nice. Honestly Maineman that's a beautiful original coin. I own quite a few slabbled and raw. IMHO not just saying this because I will own it regardless ( lol) I think it's a 53 55 coin FH. There are rubs and minor hits on on knees , legs, shield and reverse breast and feathers. Don't look at it with a loupes. Look at it under a bright incendesent light overhead light. I think it should straight grade without details. I wish you all the luck my friend in whatever you decide.

That is an excellent $3 coin... I think you should slab it... I can see it as an unc 56 - 58 unless they are real picky with the toning!!!
