I bid $240.00 and wanted to go to $450.00 but we bought a hot tub that needs the electrical wiring...
I was unable to get it.....
I wanted to let everyone know so they could get an idea of a price.....
    SORRY!

Does anybody feel the 88P is rarer the 88d? I never seem to see them come up.

Not really, I have about 8 of them, no D mints though.

The D's are more scarce; especially in the deep south. Though I have found a few over the years. The P's are not plentiful either.

Ditto! But then again, I rarely find wheats either!

I've looked through thousands of cents here in AZ, and I've never found one of either mint.

I'd say the 1988-D are more rare than the 1988-P.
    I have (13) 88 P's and only (3) D's.
I'll post pics later, if anyone wants to see what hasn't rotted yet.
