I bid $240.00 and wanted to go to $450.00 but we bought a hot tub that needs the electrical wiring...
I was unable to get it.....
I wanted to let everyone know so they could get an idea of a price.....

Does anybody feel the 88P is rarer the 88d? I never seem to see them come up.

Not really, I have about 8 of them, no D mints though.

The D's are more scarce; especially in the deep south. Though I have found a few over the years. The P's are not plentiful either.

I've looked through thousands of cents here in AZ, and I've never found one of either mint.

I'd say the 1988-D are more rare than the 1988-P.
I have (13) 88 P's and only (3) D's.
I'll post pics later, if anyone wants to see what hasn't rotted yet.
