hello i joined today allangcat
just a bit about me, ive been collecting for about 30 years, my collection of lincoln pennys is a little over 31,000 lincoln coins, between purchasing coins and just finding nice ones , ive never sold a coin in all my time collecting them, i often have question about some of them, so i joined a local coin club, and to my surprize, after going to the monthly meets for over a year i never found anyone who liked to talk about pennies.
my coin collecting besides lincoln penny's is vast. ive filled every printed book by H.E Harris Co's coin floders, and all the whitman coin folders.
i love to talk pennies, so please feel free to contact me if you like, and you'll see me asking questions in the forums when i figure out how to use them haha, hope to here from some of you

heres a question i have to start, what suggestions do members have for finding those unsearched lincolns ? i try to travel to small towns that actually have a bank and see if they might have some old bagged pennys

Welcome!
I believe what you said. Even dealers aren't always into cents and even less likely that they are interested in anything beyond what is in the redbook. The forum is not that way, we love the odd stuff.
Have fun

Welcome aboard Allan.
So true, and most of us here qualify as "odd stuff".
