2016 ghost doubled ear? I need help!!

I have not ran across anything like this before. It looks like a ghost doubled ear. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jon.

If the anomaly is raised I would think differently, but it seems to be flat. There are other discolorations close to the anomaly that look similar in color. The shape and location of the ghost ear appears to be off. The main thing is that you are comfortable with what you see, if not don't toss it. Will helped me with several of these. They are definitely confusing!

Cool looking... That would get my pair of doilies going for sure I'm with the others on it looking like a stain... There appears to be some lines running NE/SW and with the apparent color of blue/black it looks as if some one got ink on it and tried to rubbed it off (Just speculation tho)!!!

That looks flat. You can tell best in hand, use a loupe and some angles and get the lighting so you can verify, if it is flat it's nothing. If not then go further.

Thank you for the update Jon. Sorry it's not a DD ear but don't feel bad, I posted about a dozen that I thought might be before I finally found my first! Hope you have one heading your way!
