And to me this is a grrreat example of a DDO variety that mimics MD.
Flat and shelf like with no notching but the doubling doesn't take away from the devices themselves.

I think I would have to go with the classic 1909s VDB (MS 67 of course) because it is iconic and everyone would recognize it.

I agree... The flat style DDs just confuse the livin' daylights out of me!!!
