    Variety: DDR
    Mint: Philadelphia

    Found in a recent box half filled will new rolls and mixed. Little to find exept for this, a smashed dime and a 1916 lwc in vg.

    I'd have to say the same thing John! Definitely not one you see very often, as Bob says in the attribution notes, "it's peculiar" and that makes it different. Pretty pricey at higher grades! Congrats uglycent!
