I'd love to be able to say I found it on the ground but, it was in a standard Loomis coin roll.

There are goose bumps all over this coin's surface, from what I can tell, including the MM area and possibly the MM itself that may be distorting it. Like I said, I'm probably wrong but to me the pictures are not 100% convincing.
