    Storage of LC's

If I store loose coins that have carbon spots or the green/blue [copper tarnish?] and white coatings in the pic, will they transfer to other coins?

Don't know why you would want to "store" coins that look like that (unless it is super rare and if so it should be in a container of its own). I would not keep that kind with healthy coins for bulk storage.

I would not store them with nice coins.

It costs a cent to save a common cent and there's no upside to saving ugly ones. If you went back to 1940-50 and saved ugly ones they're still worth about a cent or two, if you saved nice red ones they have some good value today.
