    I just bought 2017 Denver and Philadelphia uncirculated coin sets and there was no rinse spots on the Lincoln cents. It seems like they take better care of the coins designated for those sets even if they are not proof in any way. There was a difference in quality of the coins between the two mints. Does anybody dare to guess which one looks better?

    I would think the Denver coins look better after all they have the rockie mountain spring water there
