Hello from the Great State of Texas
Really new to this but find it fascinating. I have a lot of reading and studying to do before I start asking questions that have a million threads already. Error coins are of particular interest to me having a machinist background. So I have a lot of terminology to learn.
I told a friend of mine I would help her clean out an attic in a home she had just sold. That’s what got me started and I am still trying to figure out what some of it is.
Great forum.
The Don

Thank you Don and welcome to the LCF! Have fun exploring this fun hobby and feel free to ask questions, post photos, etc. Just curious, did you find some coins in the attic you were cleaning out for your friend?

Welcome to the forum [from the Pacific NorthWest].
Surprisingly, they are quite interesting when you can get down to examining them with a loupe or microscope but, they are addictive too.
...and to think a lot people don't even want their change [pennies].
Don't worry about asking questions before you study up [ask away]...
