New User, New Collector - 15 years in banking handling coin/currency and ....

    Hey y'all!

So I'm definitely a Newbie to the 100% addicting hobby known to most of y'all as coin collecting.

In my house it's called the "Mom's side of the bed was empty again" obsession. It helps that my all-nighters are during the daytime in the States!

Tonight's bout of insomnia brought to you by the seemingly MIA Lincoln on my 1990 Lincoln Memorial Penny.

I have been googling for 3 days on this penny (as well as a possible weird Ike variation) so I'll be posting pics to get y'alls opinion.

Please share your wisdom with me! I worked in financial institutions for over 15 years and have thought I had seen just about every possible variation of coins and bills... but alas I was extremely mistaken

Please feel free to participate in our discussions. Plenty of expertise here and we will be happy to take care of you until you get your feet wet.
