1937P-1DR-001 PR64RD PCGS
Here's a beautiful 1937 DDR, listed by coppercoins as 1DR-001. The small die gouge left of G in GOD can be seen on both the coppercoins example and the GreatCollections coin for sale.

Interesting variety.
It sort of has what look like die trails????

Nice coin... Attribution looks spot on Dan... Up to $90.00 with 7 bidders... Those do look like trails and also make an excellent marker!!!

I am interested in what others think...
My curiosity is with the grading -- I am assuming the grading [at PR64] is accurate.
I do not deal much with business strike slabbed coins [much less proof coins]. It seems to me that there is almost no PSD [nicks, scratches, etc] and maybe only a little discoloration/toning [?] and yet it is only PR64.
Does that seem correct?
It seems I have seen regular-strke MS66 coins with more PSD [Though I could be 'mis-remembering']. Is this just photography 'tricks'? Or am I not seeing something?
Thanks,

I'm with you, but remember "they" get the advantage of having the coin in hand and can therefore slowly rotate and turn it to pick up the slightest nuances in the available light. I think "they" are much harder on proofs because they were not made for circulation so most of the negatives will be even the slightest nick or blemish on the rim, field or devices.
Also remember Red, Cam, and DCAM (or equivalent) are used with a grade so "they" must take the the age of the die into consideration.

The 64 may have to do with what looks like carbon spots on both sides??? They are not huge but do distract slightly from the coins appearance... Without those spots it may have been a 67???
