    1907 IHC in BWR

    I found a 1907 in a new brick I opened this morning. It was in the first roll of the brick and came out shield side up. This is the 35th I have found roll searching since Feb. 2014 and the 5th 1907. Here are the others I have found:1880, 1881, 1883, 1887, 1888, (2)1890, (2)1891, 1893, (2)1895, (2)1896, 1897, 1899, (2)1900, (3)1901, 1902, (2)1903, (3)1904, 1905, 1906, (5)1907 and 1908. Thanks for looking.

It must be the light reflecting off of the crud that encircles the numbers. I have a lamp above and to the north of the coin when I take the picture and when I look at the coin with my loupe with the lamp in the same position I see what you are talking about also, but if I turn the coin 90 or 180 degrees I don't see it. It is a light science reflection anomaly that I can't solve. Thanks for your keen observation Jim!!
