Greetings and Welcome !!
Great folks here with tons of experience - which I learn from all the time.
Regarding the 2017 S "Enhanced" cent - mintage was lower than the SVDB, But I have yet to see a confirmed US mintage production but its popularity (and thus its value) is not That of the SVDB. Unless you can buy the entire set which is readily available on Ebay, there are a number of high graded single cent examples sold as slabbed or raw for usually less than $50. I think many folks look at them as both a marketing piece by the mint or as a kinda proof like coin, and thus pass it up. Even PCGS has only few designated slots for its registry sets that require the coin so there is no registry fever going on to obtain one and the population of SP 70 examples is very high. Also the SVDB was a business strike cent and these are not. Personally I like it but won't be around in 100 years to find out if they become valuable.

This is a good article on that coin, it sort says the mintage alone won't make them go crazy. LINK
