1972 penny and 1972d half dollar

Thanks again everyone for the help that you gave me, I did take a few more pictures of the 1972 penny, plus I am trying to find out about a 1972d Kennedy half dollar that weighs 11.5. I checked my scales three times and they are on the money. It does not look like silver so I'm really puzzled. Thanks again.

The 72 isn't a doubled die. Don't know about the half.

I can not tell on your 72... The close up is to blurry... Would it be possible to get a better pic??? Here is a little info on the half dollars https://www.usmint.gov/learn/coin-an...specifications https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/31/5112 Hope the info helps a little... Also please note for future reference that we prefer non Lincoln cents be placed in the Off Topic Discussion forum... Thanks!!!
