That is a nice one for sure Jon.
An "Aha" moment to come across a nice pleasing coin for all the hard work looking through all those rolls.

Before I went crazy buying unc rolls of common dates I was always updating one folder as I searched with the best red MS cent that I could find.

The folder was complete with a nice red of every memorial except a 78-P. They were common but never nice and red.
One day out to eat and BINGO!!!! in the change was a nice red 78-P. I wrapped it up in a napkin and put it in my wallet and was happy.

Thanks Cliff!! Yes sir, it's nice to roll across one that stops the "quick search" dead in your tracks and makes you do a double take!

Hah!! That's a good story! You just never know where your going to get your next find I guess. You guys have me paying for things in cash a lot more now. I used to only use my debit card before I got on this forum.

Now that's a smart purchase! It just about kills me every day having to give customers cents out of my cash drawer, I only get a quick glance and have to give it away! Most people don't care about pennies and they drop them in the "Donation box" No telling how many cents I have picked up from the floor but I cannot keep them, they have to go in the Donation box! Some customers say... keep the change... well that has to go into the Donation box too! Debit cards are convenient but I'm gonna start paying with cash so I can "KEEP THE CHANGE"!!!
