    That would explain it, chips, not enough flow lines, no rust on rims, looks flat.

    Thanks for those tidbits Ed, about the lack of flow lines and the eraser dulling the finish.

    I have 10 rolls from a local auction with a non-shiny finish but no rusted edges. This info explains what may have happened.

    Nice pick... The crack on the N of ONE looks lighter and the devices look stronger than CCs sample http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/d...&die_state=mds Maybe yours is EDS??? I am leaning some what toward replated??? The surface chips and scratches (PSD) look to clean and the west stalk where the circ wear is on the north side looks filled in???
