I looked through all sites and listings and did not see anything that looked quite right. It looks to have an west to east spread as LIBERTY and the date look thick.
I will give to that and I think there are listings that are equal or less but just let me know if I'm seeing what I'm seeing! Things are relative, I understand that to some extent, they needed DD's and aloud what may have not been allowable in recent years. That is just how it is, I actually hope things tighten up again but it will take a civil war to make that happen...
In 2012 and 2013 there was a whole bunch of DDOs like yours... I don't know if any one figured out if it was MDD or not but they never made it into the listings... Kind of like the 2017s that got de-listed by Wexler!!!

Thank you Jon, enamel, Cliff and Jim! I had a couple of 2013's yesterday with the thicker left arm of the Y, but the date didn't really look like much so I tossed them in the coinstar can. It actually made me think about how many 2017P' I've seen with the RTY from the doubled working hub... but I didn't make a connection until I saw what Jim wrote!

Reason: sorry Cliff, I know better than to call you Pete!
I know Jon, it's aggravating sometimes! Especially when you see a Shield with minor doubling, then see the minor's that are listed and think... well this is minor too so maybe it's this listed minor or another minor that nobody reported yet!
