    1909 VDB DDO

    Additional Information
    Date: 1909

I used this site as a reference. http://www.lincolncentresource.com/d...09VDBddo1.html

Look at the brown penny. The red brown penny is my other VDB. I think I have the FS-012.1 listed at the end of the article. IGWT exhibits thickness and I believe the date exhibits thickness.

What do you guys think? I will cross post at Facebook.

    I'm afraid it isn't the FS-012.1
Not enough thickness on the tail of the 9. Also the bottom of the E (WE) doesn't have the "flare" or curve upwards at the end.

A good case here of comparing an uncirculated cent with one that has some circulation wear. Devices tend to flatten/expand when circulated which accounts for extra thickness at times. That is a really nice uncirculated coin though.
