    That is a really odd counter stamp! No way to know if this was the practice piece or actually had some kind of meaning? I'm thinking it's a 2008 based on the bow tie...

    What seems odd to me is it looks like the stamp went into the coin really deep and the raised metal as a result of that is unusually high on the coin, especially the 1 and 18!

    Cool... Those are some seriously deep counter strikes... Looks like someone graduated in 2018 but with the hearts most likely has something to do with falling in love or got married!!!
