Unanswered: 1942 Broken Hub ?
Good morning, 1942
I’ve search LCF for similarities regarding my find
and is this considered a broken hub on the letter A on the reverse side?

Looks like it was struck through a grease filled die.

Most likely it was struck through a clogged die. Sometimes you can't see any traces of the letters at all. They are fun to find.
