No not an IDB... If you look closely there is copper rolled out from the center... Corrosion (zinc rot) has expanded and pushed through the copper plating... The nominal weight of a copper plated ONE CENT is 2.5 grams... The total copper used is 2.5 percent of 2.5 grams or or 0.0625 grams of copper... Barely enough copper to cover the coin... Remember that an IDB (Interior Die Break) and are nothing more than big chips... Here is some good info from Error Ref http://www.error-ref.com/?s=interior+die+breaks it covers RIDBs and IDBs...
