What does the rev look like??? I do not know for sure... To me it looks like it was a struck thru but so does the sample on 71S at Error ref??? http://www.error-ref.com/?s=rockwell Also I believe the Rockwell test did not originate until the mid 20th century but of that I am not sure of???

Not sure... the top of the IHC looks like it was maybe going to be used on a necklace and they didn't bore the hole all the way through. But what is on the Indian's cheek is interesting too! Is that where you think the struck through is?
