At least they got it more legible than most graffiti on coins is.
It is a nice example for the RPM.
Less than $4 but still pretty sad

Why not just erase it using Jims Magic Gouge Away Cream - The magic coin gouge removal cream - Turn that coin into a MS 65 in the blink of an eye
I have a feeling that the obv is a way of spelling KEN using Abe as the E... The rev has the name JAN... May have been from a couple that met in 1910 maybe even in San Fran???
