Verry nice, I wouldn't call that tiny spot corrosion, it's only a spot. I bet that can grade a mid/lower unc grade no problem.

Yes raw, I will be sending it in to PCGS. There is a chance it will go Genuine. But it still fills a hole. If by chance it does grade - it will be only the second one graded by PCGS.
