2015 P. Cud, Spike head or both?

Although in its's infancy, the crack is very long, passes through the bust and goes from rim to rim almost along the obverse vertical axis. Since it goes from rim to rim and it also affects the bust I'm not sure if it could be classified as a Spike Head, a Cud or both????
What do you think???

Very nice find Adrian!! You have a new spike head and a new rim to rim which should both list!. What you are calling a CUD sure looks like a plating issue of some sort. Did you do the toothpick test? The reverse opposing what you are calling a CUD also looks to have some plating issues.

I thought because the crack goes from rim to rim it could be called a cud; but you have clarified that by showing me this is a "bisecting rim to rim crack" a term I was not aware of.

That is a very cool find! I've yet to run across a rim to rim coin, close but no cigar! What's going on with the obverse on the east side in between the last "T" of TRUST and the date? I thought that was what you were calling the CUD.

Good observation Jim. Difficult to see in the pics I posted first; but in this new one I took, it looks to me that it connects.
