Found this DDR that I believe to be another 1DR-015 [though I could be wrong since a few of these are quite similar and it is very late].
I believe that I see the long NW-SE die scratch through the C of CENT.
It appears that all rim devices were affected however ONE CENT, OF and the right base seem to have the most doubling. There is some MD mixed in just for fun.
Very nice find T, congrats!! It looks spot on to me and a nice looking coin from what I can tell! After just starting to learn the different types of doubling I'm finding the class 2 seems to be one that gives me the most fits, especially when it comes to lighting. Yours is very obvious though. The best giveaway in my opinion is the doubling on the "OF". You can also see the nice die scratch at the inside of "C" in CENT in your closeup pic.

Yes, in fact I originally posted this as RPM-017 after sitting on it for about a week because I dreaded the thought of spending a lot of time trying to figure it out but then couldn't find the markers.

Yes, good memory. Once I saved my pics to a new folder, I found the folder for the first DDR and realized that it was the same. They came from separate bags from my coin shop so I am guessing that they acquire a massive amount of LCs then divvy them up in bags of 5K.

Okay cool, thanks for reminding my memory... it's still working! I remember when you found the first one because you had not been searching Lincolns for very long and I was surprised you found the 64 DDR... not an easy one to come by! Congrats on the two-fer!
