I can't tell for sure from the pics but there are only two listings on the 2010D DDO's. One for Wexler, which looks more like yours and one for coppercoins, which has a distorted date and I don't see that with yours. Here are the links to check out.

Sorry, I overlooked that. Regardless of how good your pics are, always try to give good direction as to what you are looking at and have a question about. I can't tell for sure but is probably one of two things. It looks like a die crack that starts at the north end of the 2 heads at a southeast angle to the bottom of the 0 and then south again to the mintmark. The copper plated zinc cents are bad to have lots of plating issues too, so it may be that also.
Here is a link to Error-Ref that shows a lot of different plating disturbances that can occur with copper plated zinc cents. (http://www.error-ref.com/?s=plating+disturbance)
Here is a link from our glossary on this forum that shows a die crack. (http://www.lincolncentforum.com/terminology-list-d/#Die Crack)

The best I can tell from your pic is PSD (Post Strike Damage)... Looks like something hit the coin in that area as well as just south of the 1st 0!!!
