Is this an example of grease strike through on both N's and the S in states? The rest of the coin looks like Stone Cold stomped a mud hole in it lol

I would say you are correct on the grease struck through in the areas you suggested and the rest looks like damage. Maybe from Stone Cold but more than likely before he was born.
