now I have a 88 D Rev 89 raw with corrosion and a

Wow, that's killer!
Isn't this the one (Wide AM) you were mentioning the last week I believe?

Same type but a physically different coin, but Both were PCGS MS 64 RB
the other one was cleaner and nicer.

Congrats on the purchase. I'll assume it is just because the pic is too small for me to see it correctly, but it sure looks like a normal RDV-005 in the picture at regular magnification. I guess a company like PCGS couldn't get that wrong, so don't mind me. It gets a little too pixilated when I blow it up and the plating bubbles might be masking it.

Very nice purchase John! Even though they labeled it a "Wide AM" which you don't like the verbiage and prefer calling it a RDV-006, you now have a great example! Congrats!

Good pick up...maybe...but I'm with Will in thinking that it looks like an RDV-005 and completely puzzled as to why they would label it a Wide AM. Did you see that Chugly just sold one for $42 on eBay a few weeks ago ?

Did not catch John's sale and don't follow the sale history too much but I did get a boost out of the numbers on this one. Thought, for a moment, that the two I have found just got a nice increase in value. The FG on this one appears to be in the right location for a wide AM but the letters "AM" themselves are somewhat questionable. (Just my 2 cents.)

I am holding my breath till it gets here
I dont like that I can not tell, but if it is not I will be contacting PCGS and Greatcollections
I have a corroded raw one but to help out the score of my exhibit I need to have cert examples that I can say there are x copies with x+y higher graded
I have now ran out of extra cash so I will be stopping the buy upgraded examples. but I will always be looking....
I just need that pesky 1992 P Close AM....
