I didn't see a hump or any other humps or bumps in the bays. If there is a hump its a thin tiny area all the way down his back.... the L is perfectly tiny and crisp but everything else even or lower than that is big and bold.
Ed, that is odd how much it mimmics the other characteristics of that die. The L on all of the others looks very similar and they all have the weak motto. Maybe the hump had been polished off at this point or maybe not present yet?
Derrel, can you give us a reverse pic?
I don't know if the MAD would come into play but mine and Derrel's looks very similar and Sheila's and Beardednick's look very similar.

Thanks Derrel! Definitely not the same working die because the mm placement is different. I'm not seeing anything on the reverse either. Yours does look like it has been abraded really bad in the field just behind Abe's shoulder though.
Interesting... Even IGWT looks thin??? Both obv and rev are slightly misaligned to the NE with the rev looking more so... Couple the 2 NE misaligned dies and they overlap... The jacket looks abraded heavily on the east and SE sections as there is missing detail... Maybe insufficient metal to fill the L and IGWT due to the misaligned dies creating a larger void to fill to the east???
