    Reverse proof sets

I like the look of the reverse proof coins -- In comparing the reverse proof sets of 2018 vs. 2019 on ebay, the 2018 seem to be significantly more.

    Is there a reason?

The 2018 set is a full set of rev silver proofs. For 2019 only the cent is offered from "W" West point mint. All the silver proofs for 2019 I know of are standard configuration.
