Interesting and nice image but can you post a clear image of both sides of the coin.

Can't say that I am seeing Lady Liberty exactly, the image is not real clear but people have all kinds of counter stamps that they use on coins. Here's a counter stamp of Homer Simpson

You can see the same thing on this Homer Simpson one as yours where the counter stamp caused the rim to get out of shape.

Counter-stamp: A coin that had a additional design intentionally punched into its surface after it was struck. There are many different examples of this found on Lincoln cents, including masonic symbols, cigars, the outline of U.S states, and many others. This is considered a form of post-strike damage, but many find these collectible

You definitely have something there, and obviously you also have named it something and are already on the defensive with comments that nobody will believe you. Why is that? I am sure that this is the only one out there too, but to be perfectly honest, it appears to be damage. Stuff like this needs more info. How about the date of the coin, full pictures (obverse and reverse) and what exactly you are seeing so we can help substantiate what you might have.

Sorry, it's just a damaged cent. Looks like someone tried to put a counter stamp on it and the process didn't go very well.

Thank you very much for the additional photos. Unfortunately, they convince me that this is nothing but post mint damage. Sorry.
