    1939P-1DR-005

    Additional Information
    Date: 1939
    Variety: DDR
    Mint: Philadelphia
    Coneca: 1939 DDR-007
    Coppercoins: 1939P-1DR-005

Believe it or not, I've been soaking this guy for a couple of months and still crusty. I cannot find a single marker, not sure if it's from wear or maybe an earlier stage. I'm still pretty sure it is as labeled though.

Looks pretty good to me, Jon. He must have been in really bad shape for a 2 month soak, but he cleaned up pretty good.

I agree with the attribution. The clean up is pretty good too. but I would be tempted to leave it alone at this point.

Thanks Viv, Rowdy, Bob and Kevin!!
Viv, I never used the little globe before but it worked great, than you!
Rowdy, it was in pretty tough condition before the multiple times of taking it out and rinsing to put back in again.
Bob, thank you for looking and giving your thumbs up on the attribution. I will leave the coin alone too.

Thanks Larry!! I've told you how tough a time I have with this type of DDR, this is how extreme it has to be for me to tell!
