Possible Struck Through on 1999 D Delaware Quarter

Hi all! Was going through my pocket change yesterday and came across this 1999 D Delaware quarter. I initially put it under the microscope to check for doubling on Caesar Rodney but discovered a possible Struck Through instead. With the naked eye I could not see the struck through but under magnification I definitely saw a checkered pattern. Let me know what you all think. If it is a struck through then it would be my first. Look forward to your responses. Thanks!

It's possible it is a struck through or it may be a stain of some sort. Is there any texture or depth to the pattern?

Good morning! I'll take a closer look with different lighting angles later on when I get back from work.

Back from work. A stain on the quarter had crossed my mind since it has been in circulation since 1999. I decided to give the quarter a quick acetone bath to remove any film or staining. The pics here are of the coin afterwards.

I'd go with it being a stain too

Those are great pics and thank you for retaking them. The pattern certainly doesn't seem like a fabric weave. I am still leaning toward it being a stain.
