    2 totally different pictures of the same coin - which do you like better?

    I like 1 better because that's what the coin looks like in hand, However, I see a lot more pictures done with the deeper contrast on Reverse proofs. Which to you is correct ?? (Any criticism of the photo itself is fine by me.)

    The first pair, on the second pair the bust looks too dark.

    I would have to agree with both of you. Even though I like the contrast in the second set, the first shows the detail much better and I am a firm believer in capturing the true color and look of the coin, as much as possible.
