1915 S Obverse Cud not listed on Unlisted

    Additional Information
    Date: 1915

It looks like a Cud error to me anyway. Hope the photos show enough for one of you to confirm or tell me I’m seeing things. One of my stashed away for 8 years coins that I decided to revisit. Thanks for looking.

I don't know pdi if that is a cud. I see a little bulge on the rim in the second pic but I don't know that it is a cud. My computer wouldn't open your last 3 pics. Larry

Thanks for looking Larry, I’ll just set it aside and maybe take it to the central states show next year to have someone look at the coin in hand. Fun going through coins I haven’t looked at for such a long time.

I'm with Larry. It's looking more like a circulation bump.

That's because they were saved as a Jpeg file, not jpg.

For my computer, Jpeg has to be downloaded and then opened.
Jpg opens automatically which is why I save mine that way.

EDIT: The reverse image seems to show a bump at the R (PLURIBUS) which lines up with the obverse anomal

Thank you Cliff and Larry. I just thought I would ask because it was not a definitive looking cud to me yet it has multiple die cracks leading from the rim to the devices right where that rim thickness occurred. I like it when they stand out like a sore thumb myself lol.

Looks like circ wear after damage... On the first pic I can damage to the coins edge... Fairly hard hit that gouged the edge most likely pushing the rim up a little then it worn down thru use giving the appearance of a cud!!!
