cellophane sealed cents

The coins that are cellophane sealed, like in some mint sets, is it better to leave them sealed in the wrapper or is it better to open them and put them in a 2x2 flip for preservation?

In my experience it doesn't make much difference....I've seen them tone sealed and unsealed....I don't believe the cellophane is airtight and breathes like most plastic
