    I’m not sure how just the 4 was effected because it’s slightly visible.

    Got your overlays done... Looks to be a 2 clash event... Clash 1 is just east of center while clash 2 is rotated... Took me a bit to figure out the 2nd clash due to that clash mark between the O of ONE and C of CENT but finally figured it out... I have not checked out the clash site yet to see if these clashes are listed!!!

    Thanks Jim for your knowledge on these matters. I did check on that site and couldn’t find any clashes older than 1990. I’m sure I just didn’t hit the right link. In regards to the clashes, I didn’t see this coming in this coin. Thanks a million for 1) noticing and 2) taking the time to decipher the reverse.

    You are very welcome... Just wish you had the obv to go with the rev... Yours is an atypical die clash, since there is more than 1 clash event, and there is only 1 listed for 43 with 2 different stages... Here is listing info for die clashes if you are interested... It says they are only listing atypical clashes!!!
