    1929 LAM or Struck Through

    Date: 1929

    I see signs of a reverse Lamination break away but then it kind of looks like a struck through to me as well. I’m not sure. Thanks for looking.

    Yeah, crazy coin. Huge Lamination peel and also an alloy mixture error. Unfortunately, also looks aggressively cleaned and worn. Was probably a beauty after minting.

    Thanks Will and Larry, This is what the coin looked like in my hand and through the lens. I did instant fix in my camera program which made it super light. I had put some on that were as is from my camera and they were said to be to dark. I will have to keep working on my camera skills. Maybe some day I will get it right. I don’t know how to lighten it up and make the coin stay natural to what I see.
