Answered: 1974 D strike through on reverse
You can see it through the pillars on the Lincoln Memorial Building with the beard to the right and his jacket to the left.

"These are remnants from a die clash. The dies came together without a planchet in between and left an impression of each design on the other. It's one of the more common mint errors you'll come across."
