Jim, I hope you just got up early to compose this and didn't stay up all night!! Seriously, you are a master of detail!! Thanks for your help!!
I have been out of bed since my normal time 0300 (3:00 A.M. for the non military )... I have sent Bob a PM and Dr. Wiles an email... Hope to hear back soon from both!!!

You are always welcome... I have received permission from Dr. Wiles to use the Stage A image of the date/MM for an overlay (Thanks Dr. Wiles)... While Larrys devices look more robust I believe that is due to the differences in die stages http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20R...960DRPM067.htm Everything lines up and the splits look to be correct as does the little knub off to the east of the lower curve... I believe Larrys is VVs 067... Thanks Larry for letting nit pick your coin I appreciate it!!!

I hate to disagree with Jim's attribution but here is the key point he has NOT seen. Look at Joel's pics again. Notice the upper serif of the secondary mintmark at the top of the primary mintmark Center????? Not RPM#67. Compare your coin to RPM#35. I have pics of both but because of past issues I cannot post ref pics. I think because it's a circ and the die state is weak you may not be able to pic up the remaining markers. The mintmark position to me looks dead on RPM#35
Plus the markers for state A / B / C are minor markers with a little circ wear you will never be able to see.
I pulled my copy of W055 / RPM#35 stage A. I can see both split serifs top and bottom, and the upper serif inside the primary mintmark like Joel's coin.

Not sure what the final consensus is here but, I would have to agree with the earlier post about it being RPM-035.
The position and tilt look correct and it looks like the little bit of secondary MM shows in the top of Larry's primary [like 035].
The pic with Larry's over the 1mm-067 doesn't look like a match regarding the MM location [Larry's looks a bit south] and Larry's top MM corner appears to be more rounded as compared to RPM-067.
This has been a tough one! After studying it again I'm also leaning more toward VV035, but unlike Eric's Stage A that he described having, Larry J's looks to be Stage C. I'm seeing some kind of die abrasion on the field running SE of the lower split serif that might be the same on both. What is making it difficult for me to completely decide is... not knowing the status of what Jim said about the CC067 and the Stages of VV's seeming to be out of order. Seems like the VV 035 secondary starts out weak, gets stronger and then weakens again so the different stages of this RPM might be making this one difficult.
