I would say 'No'. There is no telling how long the print has been there and how much damage the oils form the print have done to the surface of the coin. No matter what you do, you will not be able to replicate the proof surface of the coin with any attempt at removing the print.

I also agree, and would add that the effort to even try is worth a lot more than the coin.
