1959 LMC with a finger print on the obv.

Are their ways to safely remove fingerprints from my Proof coin without harming the integrity?

I would say 'No'. There is no telling how long the print has been there and how much damage the oils form the print have done to the surface of the coin. No matter what you do, you will not be able to replicate the proof surface of the coin with any attempt at removing the print.

Agree with Bob. You can try acetone but in my experience it's futile.

I also agree, and would add that the effort to even try is worth a lot more than the coin.

All good points, I think I’ll just let it be.
