    1909 DDR # 48 (I think?)

    Additional Information
    Date: 1909
    Variety: DDR
    Mint: Philadelphia

Man these are tough. I think this is a later die state (C or D) than the coin listed here: http://www.varietyvista.com/01a%20LC...909PDDR048.htm

I have an obv shoulder crack and a left wheat stalk crack but the right stalk crack seems to match up along with the serrated die gouges along the rim as seen in the Variety Vista example.

Thanks for looking and I welcome your opinions.
    Bob

I need to correct the glossary on these newly confirmed class 3 DDRs. I would have sooner, but I keep thinking the forum is ending, and then it doesn't. I'll put it back on my to do list, along with all of the edits Jon did for me a couple of years ago.
